Logo for Private Residence
The client was looking for a logo that was modern, elegant, and inviting. They specifically requested it to be blue, sophisticated, and more along the abstract side as opposed to literal.
Concept
The concept presented was a typographic logo with mixed fonts: both serif and sans serif. The sans serif was used primarily for the first word and the number 44, which was incorporated right into the word. The serif font was used for the city name. For this, I chose a narrow, classy, serif font with small details (such as the terminals on the “S”) that gave it a unique touch.
Blue was the color chosen by the client. The lighter blue highlights the number 44, which was created by transforming the two “A”s in the word casa.
